Prior to working with Expert, New Zealand Recreation Association (NZRA) used several pieces of open source software systems to execute their event, membership, email marketing and website management. Relying on several products, from several different providers, often proved to be very time consuming and problematic.
NZRA were looking for an efficient way to execute all their operations in one place and recognised that getting started with MoST Infrastructure Platform was the perfect opportunity for this. With a phased approach, Expert built the membership structure and new NZRA website into MoST. MoST is a centralised product that contains all the features that the Association required in order to save time, simplify processes and ultimately thrive.

1. Membership Functionality
NZRA’s unique membership structure, catering to individual, corporate or virtual members’ needs, was setup in MoST and all of NZRA member data is now stored and managed in the system. NZRA members and potential members can visit the NZRA website to sign up and renew their membership online.
2. Online Management of National Conferences
Due to the significance of NZRA’s annual national conference, they wanted to ensure that the event was promoted in an attractive and accessible way. Expert built a separate sub-site dedicated to the conference, whereby attendees and stakeholders can go and find out more about the event. People can also register to attend the event online. You can confidently advertise and manage all of your events, big or small, with MoST.
4. Reporting Functionality
Via the MoST system, NZRA has access detailed member and event analytics. They can refer to analytic reports in order to optimise future events.
3. Financial Interface with Xero and DPS
Online payments made via the website, seamlessly go through NZRA’s payment gateway of choice. MoST also seamlessly interfaces with accounting systems, in this case Xero, making accounting and financial management a breeze.
