SMS Event Attendee Reminders are now here through MoST

At Expert Developments, we aim to combine great web design with simple to use online communicaiton tools. This is where MoST and its event management function have always added value to our clients' membership and events.

Now, in partnership with Message Media, we have made it even simpler for you to communicate with your members, through automated SMS attendee reminders for all events.

This facility requires a one-time setup with Message Media, and a little back-end work from us here at Expert, then the process automates itself, with registered attendees receiving SMS reminders of;

• Your organisation name – this comes from your website automatically
• Event name - from event management system (event details)
• Time (start and finish) – from event management system (event details)
• Venue - from event management system (event details)

Once this system is setup, all attendees registered for an event, will receive the text reminder.

All that we need is their mobile number in your database.

Your members will then receive reminders on a day of your choice (set by the "attendee reminder date" setting), reminding them of the event, and its time and location.

For those of you that are worried about people not wanting to receive SMS message - don't. We will set up the system to allow your members to remove their SMS number from your database, while still allowing you access to their Mobile contact number. Closer member communication and automation is really here for you now!
