Taking a screen shot without using a camera!

There are three options for this if you use Windows…

1. Press the ‘Print Screen’ key on your keyboard which will copy the entire monitor/s into the clipboard.  Then paste it into your email, Word document etc.
2. If you want to take a screen shot of the current application you’re using, for example Google Chrome, Word, Excel etc, hold down the ‘Alt’ key and press the ‘Print Screen’ key which will copy it to your clipboard. Then paste it into the email, document etc that you have open, using ‘Control v’.
3. Use Snipping Tool, which can be activated by clicking in the Search Bar and typing in ‘snip’.  Select ‘New’ then select the area that you want to capture using your mouse.  Save to your computer, or click ‘Edit’ and copy it to your clipboard.

Easy peasy.
