Hot Tip - Hard Refresh

Hard refreshing to clear browser caching

We often get contacted by our clients who have updated their MoST website but the changes don’t seem to have uploaded so they think they’ve done something wrong. Ninety nine per cent of the time it’s all down to browser caching. 

If you still can’t see the new version or changes made after hitting the Refresh button try doing a Hard Refresh.

This is a very simple process – hit Ctrl and R at the same time, or hold down the Ctrl key and click the refresh button, or hold down the Ctrl key and press F5. These will all clear your browser cache.
